Driving!!Driving!!
Yeah, finally i got my driving license...xD dam happy... but i dont know why, during my first experience for driving (i mean after i got my license :P) , my mom who sit beside me is more nervous than me... =.= At the beginning, she didnt allow me to drive... Then i said, how m i going to drive later if u dont let me drive??? I went for the driving test because i want to drive... If not, wat for you waste a lot of money for paying the whole driving test for me??? Haha, she got nothing to say then, i juz sit at the driver seat...
During my time having the driving lessons from the driving school, i drove a manual KANCIL car... Actually before the first lesson, my dad had asked to me drive the car at a place that had no cars passed by... my car was an automatic car... To move the car, juz need to set to D gear and step on the pedal... Easy ^^
Here comes to the manual car... I juz can say OMG!!! I cant suit myself to the manual gear of the car... especially in controlling the clutch... stupid thing=.= I tried so hard to suit myself to the manual car, followed steps that taught by the uncle for passing the test... Hoping not to fail the test :(
I was dam lucky because i passed the test ^^ The first response from my mom was, "Har?! How did you pass it? I really tot u r going to fail it... 你酱番薯"... ! walao, so 小看 me... Nvm, the most important thing was i really passed the test... Ok then... can save money for taking the test again... Good for u and me... Isnt it??? :P
Until now, it is juz a few weeks i got my driving license... My parents do not allow me to drive alone, not alone for driving to school... I juz can drive when i hav finished my school lessons to go home, with my mom beside me... And also going out to town... without parking at the roadside... @_@ at least i can park it at the easy-parked parking bay, including my house garage...^^ Haha....
I have to wait for my dad to come back and teach me on driving... The first next target is to learn how to park a car at the side parking(not easy, because it is not the same as the part in the driving section, there is no pillars for you to count!) And the second next target is the highway!!! Haha...^^ Wish me good luck... Please bless me to drive "correctly" and "properly" in KL before I move to KL next year...

我爱月饼
虽然离中秋节还有一段时间，但嘴馋的我在8月时已经在吵妈咪快快弄冰皮月饼给我吃。。。哈哈，好像在跟她下订单酱。。。果然吵下吵下，终于给我等到这天了^^但是有条件的，她说我得帮忙她，她才弄，我就答应她咯。。。反正去年也是我帮她的 :-P
做冰皮月饼的过程一点也不简单，材料只好让她自己搞定。。。当妈咪把材料混在一起后就变成面团，我的工作就是把那面团搓均匀。。。这个过程最吃力，对于我这个不善长做糕点面包的人来说真的有点困难，毕竟都是初次弄嘛^^没关系咯。。。当我搞定了那面团后，妈咪就可以开始包月饼馅了。。。^^人人都说月饼最重要就是要皮薄馅靓，我也不懂妈咪怎样把薄薄的皮包着馅而又不会爆裂的，这些窍门永远就只有pro人才会懂，我这些不懂的就只要负责吃完那些月饼就好了^^
当一粒粒月饼成形后，我就负责packing的工作。。。把每粒月饼放进一个透明盒子里然后再把它封好。。。虽然已经完成了但还不能吃的，必须放进冰箱里，酱才叫冰皮嘛^^不冰何来会好吃呢？？？制作月饼过程到此结束。。。^^ 明年再来！！！
